Arduino-UNO R3

The SOT-223 5V regulator is just above the Power Jack, and the SOT-23 3.3V regulator is the tiny thing with 5-pins to the left of the ATmega328 chip.

Note - also that the USB connector metal shield sticks up above the tops of the stacking headers on these boards.

Arduino-Duemilanove

This board uses a DPAK 5V regulator, which is just above the Power Jack. The 3.3V supply is derived from the FTDI USB chip (good for about 50mA), so there is no 3.3V regulator.
